Jennifer Bee

Jennifer Bee has been involved in some kind of musical performance for as long as they can remember.  Doing their Bachelor of Music (Performance) on percussion, and then a Graduate Diploma of Education, they taught classroom music for 9 years around Brisbane and Mackay.  On moving to Mackay, they got heavily involved in the community music scene through theatre and choirs and haven’t stopped being involved in community music since!
Jennifer now runs 2 other community choirs, Songbirds acapella group, and are still involved in local theatre groups.  They direct handbells and choir at a local school, as well as teaching voice and piano at school and in their own studio. They also completed their Associate Certificate in Voice in 2021.
