Tania de Jong AM is one of Australia’s most successful female entrepreneurs and innovators having developed 6 businesses and 4 charities. Tania works across the public, private, creative and social sectors. She founded Creativity Australia, Creative Universe, MTA Entertainment & Events and The Song Room. She co-founded Mind Medicine Australia, Australia’s leading not-for-profit organisation working on the use of psychedelic-assisted therapies to treat a range of mental illnesses and expand the treatment options available to medical practitioners and their patients.

Tania presents keynote speeches and leadership programs and performs internationally as a soloist and with her group Pot-Pourri. She has released twelve albumsl.Tania’s TEDx Talk How Singing Together Changes The Brain has sparked international interest.

She is Founder and Executive Producer of Creative Innovation Global winning national and international awards. Creative Universe and Creative Innovation Global were ranked among the top 20 event organizers and agencies from around the world as part of the Eventex All-Stars Index.

Tania’s latest charity is Umbrella Foundation which is committed to telling stories that matter through the innovative use of music, theatre and other artforms, raising consciousness and inspiring generosity, diversity, inclusion, harmony and compassion. Umbrella Foundation presented the acclaimed world premiere seasons of Driftwood-The Musical.

Tania’s awards include Ernst and Young Australian Social Entrepreneur of the Year. She was inducted into the AGSE Entrepreneurs Hall of Fame at Swinburne University and named Brainlink Woman of Achievement.  Tania was named in the 100 Women of Influence and the 100 Australian Most Influential Entrepreneurs and named as one of the 100 most influential people in psychedelics globally in 2021. In 2019 she was honoured with the Award for Meritorious Service to the Community in the Victorian Multicultural Awards for Excellence.

She was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in June 2008 for service to the Arts as a performer and entrepreneur and through the establishment and development of music and arts enrichment programs for schools and communities.

Dr Pradeep Philip

Dr Pradeep Philip is the Lead Partner for Deloitte Access Economics.  He is a highly qualified and experienced executive operating at the highest levels in politics, public policy and public sector management in Australia. His passion lies in purposeful and value-based strategy, innovation, and cultural change in organisations, focussing the attention of individuals, teams, and organisations on understanding customer and citizen needs.

Pradeep was the founding CEO of LaunchVic – a company he established for the Victorian Government to invest in the infrastructure of the ecosystem to support entrepreneurs, startups, and scaleups. Prior to LaunchVic, Pradeep held three of the Victorian Government’s most senior public servant positions.  He served as the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services with an annual budget of $20 billion and 13,000 staff (2015), Secretary Department of Health (2012) and Deputy Secretary Policy and Cabinet for the Department of Premier and Cabinet (2010). Prior to that, Pradeep worked with the Commonwealth Treasury and as Director of Policy – Office of the Prime Minister.

Mr Vivek Chakravarty

Vivek is a Digital and Product Consultant at PwC Australia. Vivek entered into consulting over 7 years ago, with experience in strategy, operations, finance and digital product development. Vivek has since been driving towards outcomes for his clients on a social and business and managerial level, throughout Australia and globally. Vivek’s strengths lie in product development, new ways of working, corporate strategy, operational excellence, strategic alignment and storytelling. Vivek enjoys working with people to help understand their needs, wants, motivations and preferences so that he can tailor products and services to meet their needs, and develop intelligent products that predict future trends and how organisations can adapt to changing needs in the market.

While Vivek lives in Australia, he has lived in many countries including China and has studied in various universities around the world. His passions outside of digital products include sports, music and spending time with his family and friends. He especially enjoys cricket during the summer, AFL and Rugby in the winter, and enjoys sports from around the globe such as NBA and English Premier League.

Vivek hopes to continue his work and passion in organisations and groups, through his leadership and skills in business.

Mr Kamal Atal

Kamal Atal is the Chief Financial and Commercial Officer at the Ascott Limited, Australia, Limited. Kamal has 27+ years of experience in the real estate and hospitality business across various countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. His area of expertise includes financial diligence, analytics, corporate governance, and value creation of assets. In his capacity, he works closely with the lending community to support the projects. Kamal has well-rounded experience and relationships with management companies and hotel asset owners in the regions he has worked for.

Kamal moved to Australia five years ago, and after getting to know the broad reach of One Voice Program across Australia, he sees this as an opportunity to connect with local communities and make a difference.

Eva Hussain

Eva Hussain is a prominent expert in the fields of language services and European citizenship. She is the founder of Polaron and plays an active role in the global development of the company. Eva is a certified practicing translator and interpreter, as well as an examiner and a member of NAATI’s Regional Advisory Council. She is a member of various networks and boards, including Victorian Refugee Health Network, Southern Homelessness Services Network and the Association of Polish Jews. Winner of several business and equity awards, in March 2022, Eva was appointed as Honorary Consul General of the Republic of Austria in Victoria. Over the years, Eva has made a tremendous voluntary contribution to the translation and interpreting industry and the Polish and Jewish community globally. Her lived experience as a refugee from Poland fuels her passion for community work and bridge building.

Theo Chapman

Theo Chapman is a seasoned media professional with more than 40 years of experience across newspapers, magazines, websites, and social media.

She recently retired after 15 years at The Australian Financial Review, where she edited the arts and culture section of AFR Weekend and the foreign affairs section of the Financial Review. Throughout her career, Theo has been committed to amplifying diverse voices, working to improve the visibility of women and people of colour in the media.

Beyond journalism, Theo has been a dedicated mentor and educator, guiding young journalists in their careers. She has also been an advocate for her colleagues, playing a key role in negotiations for two enterprise bargaining agreements.

A passionate supporter of the arts, Theo is particularly drawn to theatre and enjoys engaging with creative communities. With family in both the United States and England, she frequently visits these countries but loves exploring other parts of the world whenever possible.

Theo is honoured to contribute to the work of Creativity Australia and looks forward to supporting its mission to promote inclusion and creativity through music.
