To register to join a choir, visit our member portal and click ‘Apply Now’ under the ‘Join Now.’ tab in the top right hand corner.
Please note that you are welcome to attend a trial session before registering.

What does my membership fee pay for?
Participation in a With One Voice choir is by a modest tax-deductible donation, which helps sponsor attendance for disadvantaged participants. Want to help change the tune for someone in need? Follow this link to Sponsor Someone. We have several different payment option plans ranging from $50 to $500 per year, so you can choose the one that works best for you.
Your membership contribution goes towards all sorts of things like music, professional conductors, venue hire, staffing, marketing and printing as well as all the boring bits like music licensing, public liability insurance and fees.
Most importantly though, your membership fees to towards supporting those in our choirs who need a little extra help from time to time.
As a movement of inclusive choirs, our first priority is to ensure that everyone is able to participate, regardless of whether or not they’re able to pay the membership contribution. If you cannot afford to contribute financially for your membership at this time, you are still welcome to become a member. We only ask that you reconsider if your circumstances change.
Creativity Australia is an approved NDIS provider, which means people living with a disability can claim NDIS funding to cover their choir membership contribution
What does it cost to join?
Our choirs are run by volunteers, but have certain costs (conductors, venues, etc) that need to be covered. We have a membership structure that tries to accommodate everyone as best we can. Those who have more, contribute more, and help those who are going through some financial hardship.

What kind of music do the choirs sing?
The repertoire of songs varies from choir to choir, with every effort made to provide variety in genre and complexity. Old favourites mixed with catchy contemporary tunes ensure an enjoyable experience for all.
Performances! Are they compulsory?
On several occasions our choirs are invited to perform at events and functions, often in collaboration with other charities. Our choristers are encouraged to perform when these opportunities arise as not only does it build confidence but it’s also a lot of fun! However, if you’re not quite ready to go public, there are lots of other ways you can get involved at concerts, such as volunteering, handing out flyers or selling tickets.
