WOV Break O’Day 2020/21

Despite the inevitable impacts of COVID19, two changes of rehearsal venues and the
resignation of our beloved inaugural conductor, With One Voice Break O’Day Choir has
survived. Not only that, we’ve thrived! Our numbers took a battering at the onset of the
pandemic and fluctuated throughout the year, but our numbers are now strong and steady
with our new conductor. We all missed our legendary suppers and the social benefits they
brought, but managed a wonderful, if chilly, end of year/Christmas gathering. Terese Tanner
resigned at the end of 2020 and we extend our gratitude for the almighty job she did getting
us established. She goes with our love and best wishes. We had three extremely strong
applications for her position which was filled by Lila Meleisea. She is already bringing her
own brand of joy and musicality to our choir. So, it is “Up, Up and Away, With One Voice
Break O’Day!”
