Singing Together for Better Health

There is significant evidence that people singing together instills change in the brain, promotes general health and well-being benefits, and creates a sense of community strength and feeling of inclusion.  In recent years there has been an increasing amount of evidence about the health benefits of singing, both from a physiological and mental health perspective.

So with this in mind, UFS is starting the With One Voice Ballarat choir on Wednesday 15 May at 6pm.   We are absolutely rapt to have the delightful Suzanne Hobson join us as Choir Conductor and we know everyone is going to enjoy the program she delivers.

Choir is a great place to find your voice, find friends, de-stress, increase well-being and confidence, learn new skills and connect to your community.  There are no auditions and no singing experience is necessary – everyone is welcome.

Come along and see for yourself how much fun singing with the choirs is – no experience necessary, everyone is welcome.
