Sydney Sings: a note from Liz

Hello Sydney Singers!

So as you know from rehearsals, we are going to Melbourne again!

I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you again from my heart, to you all for your patience and understanding with this complex process,  and especially for the people who were able to at this time, and allowed this to happen with their generosity of donations. You all quite simply made “dreams come true”. We should sing Somewhere Over the Rainbow again… as far as I am concerned, this choir is one of the things that makes the world a place worth living.

So we are going to have fun in Melbourne!

Few new fun songs to learn, which we are doing, and some old favs to re-discover.

Plus, I am busy trying to keep up with your requests! Loving that jazz!

It is not too late to invite your friends to the choir to come to Melbourne, but please just be aware that funding for people to come to melbourne has now closed for this year. (There is always next year for some!)

We also have some other exciting projects to work towards, including a morning singing at the RPA in September (12th), and also the wonderful Mind and It’s Potential conference in November.

See you all Tuesdays! And thank you all again for being the best choir ever in so many ways.

Best,

Liz

Please note Sydney Sings will be rehearsing as normal during the school holidays.
