SKILLED is recruiting Customer Service staff to work at the Royal Melbourne Show, which operates from 21 September until 2 October 2013. The first priority of successful Customer Service staff is to ensure Show patrons thoroughly enjoy their visit to the Royal Melbourne Show. This is achieved by providing an excellent level of customer service including proactively greeting or assisting people as they enter or exit the Showgrounds, scanning tickets and providing information and directions. Customer Service staff work at gates and in booths located throughout the Showgrounds and are required to stand on their feet for long hours whilst working with a high volume of people.
