Shannon Brown

In 2003 Shannon became one of the front line tenors for the internationally acclaimed group The Ten Tenors. He toured full-time for 6 years in over 23 countries, 11 months of the year.

In 2006, Shannon became the Musical Director for The Ten Tenors. He recorded a platinum selling record ‘Here’s To The Heroes’ with film composers John Barry and Don Black. It was recorded at Abbey Road Studios with the London Symphony Orchestra. The album was launched and performed at the Royal Albert Hall, the Sydney Opera House and The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angels.

In 2011, Shannon became a music lecturer at Sydney’s JMC Academy focusing on the History of Western Music. He is currently continuing his studies at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts.

Shannon is the co-conductor of Sydney Sings.
