Creativity Australia has limited places available in the CBD mixed community/business choir, Melbourne Sings, rehearsing Tuesdays at 5:15pm at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins and also seeks members for Geelong Sings, commencing at Geelong Performing Arts Centre on Mondays at 5:30pm. These choir programs involve members of the general public and employees from various city businesses, disadvantaged people and migrants (especially unemployed ones). The choirs rehearse with a top choir leader and there are performances scheduled for special events. Catering is provided as well as Allan’s Music discount cards for all members.

These choirs provide a unique opportunity for you to improve self esteem, develop leadership potential and use your voice to be heard. It is a way for employed members to reach out to unemployed and disadvantaged people, to provide direct support and help others achieve what you may take for granted – a secure job and a place in mainstream society.
