'I must admit that I have never taken much notice of the ANZ choir until one of our team joined. I felt so proud watching one of my colleagues today and it reminded me of an old Breakout saying of 'bring your whole self to work'. You are letting people express themselves in a way that is meaningful to them and making a clear statement that ANZ is interested in them as more than just their job title.
